It takes about 30 minutes. If client visits personally, we check the HDD immediately and refer the time required to the client. |

After the diagnosis is over, if mirroring the original copy is possible it will be done immediately in case of further damage. If not possible, we solve the problem first, then start the mirroring procedure. It may take 30~48 minutes according to the capacity or symptom.
(We use the copy for operation unless mirroring is impossible.) |

According to the diagnosis the operation differs as below. It takes about 4~8 hours but difficult operations may take 2~3 days. |

After requesting for the operation, the result of operation comes out in about 2~8 hours, and the engineer will contact the costumer to check the files that are recovered. |

1). The backup we offer to the costumer :
If the hard disk works properly we do the backup operation on the requested
HDD. If not, we will operate on a HDD the customer offers, or on a CD. The costumer must pay for the product that will be used for backup.
2). Own backup
If there is no problem with the data operated, we will backup the files on its own server, and the costumer will check ( about 3 days ) to see if it is in good order.
We will keep the product for about 3 days after operation and if there is no contact from the costumer we will automatically repeal it. |
